Friction provides multiple benefits in our daily lives. It is necessary for using tools such as gripping a hammer or turning a screw. Friction also helps to keep clothes in place and prevent them from sliding off. Additionally, friction between furniture legs and the floor prevents sliding and helps maintain stability.
